Private Voice Instruction
Private voice lessons are available for adults and teenagers aged 15 and up, at all levels of vocal development from beginners to professionals. One hour, forty-five minutes, and half hour lessons are available.
Lessons are held in Cindy’s far northwest Austin home. During the school year, some lessons may be taught in Cindy’s studio at St. Edward’s University.
Cindy teaches a healthy vocal technique based on the principles of bel canto singing. Understanding of the vocal mechanism, breathing, support, proper use of vowels, and legato are central to her technique. She specializes in teaching singers to free their voices and find their natural sound. Her students include singers of opera, musical theater, choral works, gospel, and pop.
REQUIREMENTS: Interested singers should request a consultation.
FEES: $50 per one hour lesson
$37.50 per forty-five minute lesson
$25.00 per half hour lesson
